• Subiect: Throughout history, feeding has proved to be an act of culture, determined by the social and economic structure of the various communities, by their religious and spiritual mentalities. The physiological and metabolic act of feeding has evolved within given geographical and cultural frames, with various connotations and significance. The communities have offered the individuals codes and models according to social and economic data, depending the historical context. The article presents a history of the natural nutrition, its contemporary aspects, including the revolution in Romanian nutrition habits.
